This position is waste recycler for all waste materials within the manufacturing departments, offices, and canteen areas.

• Responsible for all material, yarn, paper, and cardboard recycling in manufacturing department. • Responsible for waste fabric that is brought into the department from other departments • Responsible for all empty pallets and stacking them in appropriate place to be picked up. • Responsible for all recyclable containers and making sure they are taken to proper areas for emptying and storage when not in use. (This includes paper recyclable container for the fabric formation office that is to be emptied and picked up once a month.) • Responsible for loading waste and recycling materials on trucks. • Responsible for maintaining records for all recycled waste loaded on trucks. • Responsible for baling all cardboard for recycling • Responsible for baling all Greige fabric waste for recycling • Responsible for baling yarn waste • Responsible for emptying dyed fabric waste • Responsible for emptying all fabric waste boxes, yarn waste boxes, and threading paper boxes. • Responsible for keeping baler room clean, including compactor when emptied (sweeping, throwing out trash, etc.) • Responsible for taking tubes back to tube bin after emptying of fabric • Responsible for keeping air lock area clean • Responsible for recycling import fabric bin metal Perform any and all duties requested by the Raw Materials Supervisor.

• High school degree or equivalent required • Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. • Must be able to carry out duties without direct supervision. • Must be licensed to operate forklift. • Must be able to perform simple mathematical operations for record keeping.
